We operate a strict policy of no job being too small. A dripping tap, a sticking door, a blown fuse, a blind that has come off the wall: we are delighted to offer a prompt, cost effective solution to any small task to ensure tenant happiness, and we will happily do three or four of them in the same visit.
How a call-out works
Report the job by phone or email, ideally with a photo. We contact the tenant directly to agree a time, collect keys locally if needed, and turn up with the van stocked for the common jobs so most repairs are finished first visit. You get a short report and photographs on completion.

Materials included
We feel that using our expertise to get the correct products is one of the most important aspects of the job. We do not expect clients to supply anything, and there are no call-out charges or hidden extras: even congestion charge and parking are included in the price.
Who we do this for
Most of our reactive maintenance work comes from letting agents and landlords across south west, west and central London who need a repair dealt with without chasing three different trades. Because our engineers, handymen and decorators are in-house, one visit can cover a plumbing fault, a broken hinge and a blown light fitting, and you receive one report and one invoice at the end. Homeowners in Twickenham, Richmond, Kingston and the surrounding areas use the same service for the jobs that never quite reach the top of the list.
