All notifiable work is certified and the paperwork sent to you for your records. Where an EICR identifies faults we quote for the remedial work and return to re-test.

What does an EICR involve?
An inspection and test of the fixed wiring, consumer unit, sockets, switches and lighting, producing a report that grades any faults found and states whether the installation is satisfactory.
What if the EICR is unsatisfactory?
We quote for the remedial work with the report. Once approved we complete the work and issue a certificate confirming the installation is now satisfactory.
Do you install smoke and carbon monoxide alarms?
Yes. We install and test smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and check existing alarms as part of a compliance visit.
